A big congratulations to Vicky Brown from Cornwall who is the winner of the Living Nature Radiant Night Oil Competition I'll get this out in the post to you tomorrow so you can start off 2015 with beautifully nourished skin!

Living Nature Radiant Night Oil is rich in rose oil, rosehip oil, calendula and carrot oil which all work together to boost your skin's overnight rejuvenation and renewal process.

Collagen Boost

Rose oil helps to naturally stimulate your skin's own collagen production, rosehip oil helps to aid cell regeneration and repair damaged skin tissue, calendula helps to soothe and calm the skin. Carrot oil is rich in beta carotene (which your body can convert into skin healing vitamin A) to revitalise and tone the skin and jojoba and frankincense help to repair dry skin cells and heal blemishes.

Wild Food Smoothie

Of course it's also important to nourish your skin from the inside which means including foods rich in antioxidant and vitamin C. I was recently at a raw food course run by the Wild Food Cafe based in Covent Garden, London where Joel Gazdar knocked up some fresh smoothies using wild foraged rosehips - totally delicious and amazingly good for your skin. So if you have some rosehips growing in your garden or if you spot them when out in the counryside or park, pick them and add them to your smoothies for an extra hit of collagen and immune boosting vitmain C.
